This 1929 T44 Bugatti is very original, matching numbers all over the car and with a good few Kilometres under the belt.
It ended up with a full mechanical Restoration, not a bolt was left unturned.
Brake Cams, King Pins, Crown Wheel & Pinion, Clutch, Gears and Shafts for the Gearbox - the list went on
- not to mention a full Engine rebuild.
Back on the road again the car is an absolute delight to drive and clocks up a good fair miles annually.
After doing a few miles in the car myself it's easy to understand why the T44 is such a desirable touring car.
They motor really well keeping up with normal traffic flows all day long.
One of the best improvements we made was the addition of thermostats - the car is up to operating temp within 5km and holds nicely between 70 and 80° all Day, all Year - this has got to be good for the engine long term.
